. Aric Swartz

Specializes in the representation of companies and investors in the communications industry (cable, satellite and wireless) with an emphasis on corporate finance, licensing of content and technology and communications-related regulatory issues. He has extensive experience in guiding emerging growth companies throughout all of their development phases.

Aric graduated from Temple University in 1990 and received his law degree from Seattle University (Puget Sound) in 1994. He was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1995 and to the Israel Bar in 1998.
