. Rivka Kronengold

Represents companies in commercial transactions and general corporate counseling, particularly in the area of high technology. Rivka’s practice includes advisory work in connection with intellectual property licensing, distribution and marketing agreements.

Rivka graduated from Barnard College (B.A., magna cum laude) in 1981 and received her law degree from Fordham University Law School in 1987. She was admitted to the New York Bar in 1988 and is a member of the New York Bar Association.
